Introduction	I am a Carolina girl, born and bred. (Go HEELS!) I moved back to North Carolina from Florida a year ago with my incredible husband, Todd, and our furry little boy, a golden retriever named Kenan. Todd is in medical device sales, and I am a culinary student graduate/event planner. I love the Lord, spending time with loved ones, Elevation Church, Carolina basketball, running/working out, event planning, and OF COURSE cooking and anything having to do with food. My passion is cooking for health, without losing flavor. I also love making cute cupcakes....but only occasionally because of the calories. Everyone has to indulge sometimes! Bon appetit!
