| Introduction | ダーシャじゃけん。 Or this time, more correctly, ダーシャやから。 A year ago, I went to Okayama for a high school semester abroad dealio, crazy number of rock concerts and a sailor moon-esque uniform. I loved it so much that upon coming back I added Japanese as a 2nd major in college and proceeded to scare my professors with my heavy Okayama dialect. After about a week of Boulder, Colorado, I decided that it was time to go back to Japan. This time I'm heading to Osaka's Kansai Gaidai for a year. To say that I'm psyched/freaked out of my mind is, well, a grotesque understatement. I am being forced to document my every step, breath and heartbeat in this blog, I hope it will be at least somewhat entertaining. |
