Introduction	I am a wife to Spencer and a mom to Sam age 9, Mai age 6, and Beth age 4. I love to run. I like to go mountain biking with my husband (who is nice to go at my pace when he could cream me on the trails!) I love the mountains. I love working out....and I love food. I have hashimoto's disease (hypothyroidism). This has really made me take control of my health in order to enjoy life to the utmost! I have a hope in my Savior, Jesus Christ, and I know that all things are possible through His grace.
Interests	I love my family, running, being outside and reading.
