| Introduction | I am currently studying a City and Guilds Certificate in Embroidery through Distant Stitch. My day job is as a secondary school Design and Technology teacher (specialism- Textiles) however I also teach Art Textiles at A level, Graphics and Product Design. When I am not working I enjoy regular cinema trips with my husband, dabbling in amateur photography and anyone who knows me will tell you just how much of a chocoholic I am! My love of Textiles does not stop at teaching however as I also love to occasionally design and make clothes for myself and creating and making anything that involves fabric and thread. I adore Steampunk and have fun creating outfits and collecting curiosities for it. |
