Introduction	We are two cousins connected not only by blood but, also, by our insatiable hunger. To be honest, we will eat pretty much anything at any time. But we also believe that being inescapably ravenous doesn’t necessarily mean you can’t have standards. Eating isn’t just a pastime for us; it is the highlights of our adventures. “Let’s go check out (x)” “Yes (x) sounds great! …But where to eat?” We are driven by our desire to devour deliciousness, usually in unfamiliar locations. Luckily for us, we live in Istanbul…a city bursting with flavour and a gastronomical amount of mouth-watering restaurants, just waiting to be discovered! We will be rating the places that have won the public’s approval, since, on occasion, their popularity is well-earned…but our real thrill is stumbling upon “salaş”, grimy joints that offer premium food for reasonable prices. We hope to give fellow hungry, picky people full of motivation to feast on finger-licking food…(and to avoid clichés like “finger-licking” or “recipe for success”).
