| Introduction | I currently live with my family outside Knoxville, TN and work as a Counselor at a community college…providing mental health, academic and career counseling to a wide variety of students. My academic background is in Psychology with a B.S. in Psychology and a M.S. in Counseling & Human Development (both from Radford University). I’ve worked in higher education since 1992 holding student affairs positions previously at Radford University (Virginia), Davidson College (North Carolina), Sonoma State University (California), and Miami University (Ohio). I recently started taking steps toward my doctorate and plan to develop my career into a combination of counseling and college level teaching. |
| Favorite movies | Some definite favorites: Silence of the Lambs, Se7en, Forrest Gump, Band of Brothers, and Star Wars. Favorite genres: Psychological Drama/Thriller, Drama, War/Military Drama, and Sci-Fi. |
| Favorite music | Music....one of my very favorite things. All-time favorite bands: Dream Theater and Porcupine Tree. Favorite genre: Progressive Rock/Metal. But I also listen to Hard/Post Rock, Classical, Metal, Film Scores, Ambient/Soundscape, and much more. |
