| Introduction | My husband and I have been married for 30 years and have worked hard to raise 3 fine young men...and are finishing up our beautiful daughter! We have added 2 daughters-in-love and 3 grandbabies with one more on the way! I work part time in health care and the rest of my time working with others-both in my home and in my community. We are active in our church, our local 4-H club, and we both lead youth groups in our community-Jeremy with middle school, and I work with high school students. I have a lot of passions--but the ones you may find most on this blog are my family, my gardens, and my love for God! Hope you enjoy looking as much as I enjoy writing! |

| Favorite movies | I love Broadway musicals, and have made a personal goal to see as many of them as possible in my lifetime!! Wish I could see them all on Broadway!! |

| Favorite books | I've rediscovered my love of reading! I prefer nonfiction Christian books that teach the word of God and give me examples to follow in my life. Once in a while I enjoy Christian fiction. .but can easily waste too much of my time reading it. .so I generally limit myself!! |
