Introduction	Welcome! I'm a mother of two children and both have Type 1 diabetes, as well as myself. Our family has been living with the diagnosis since November 2004. Our daughter was the first to be diagnosed in 2004, along with myself in 2009, and then our son in 2010. My husband, John, and I have wonderful children and have made it our priority to learn as much as we can about this disease from day one. My hope is to show you encouragement, support, and tips in my blog; I also look forward to learning the same from others. Support is a wondeful thing to have when you feel overwhelmed and need to talk to someone who has been in your shoes; which is what I hope will happen through my blog~support for each other.
