| Introduction | I am the founder and president of Get-With-It, LLC (Ponte en Onda). For 31 years I worked for the Archdiocese of Miami, Florida in formation ministry. I was also an adjunct Theology professor at Barry University for 12 years. I "retired" from both jobs in 2004. I hold a Doctor of Ministry Degree from the University of St. Thomas, St. Paul, Minnesota, specializing in the area of Incarnational Spirituality, a M.Div. Degree, and a Master Degree in Religious Studies from Barry University, Miami Shores, Florida. I am a certified Spiritual Guide from the Shalem Institute, Maryland, and also a qualified user of the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI). I speak nationally in the areas of Spirituality, Lay Ministry and Multiculturalism, have written three books and published articles and essays in magazines and books. In addition to giving conferences and writing, I direct retreats. |
