Introduction	I am a 27 year old non-profit worker who lives and wreaks havoc with my husband and two cats. I have recently discovered the inspiring and educational world of food blogs and realized, after much deliberation, that I want in on that! Alas, this blog was born. I have an ever-growing interest in nutrition and healthy eating and a not-so-growing interest in fitness. Perhaps this will change. Perhaps it will not. In any event, I will talk about it!
