| Introduction | I am a Mom and Runner! Life became very important to me when I became a first time Mom. After the baby weight didn't come off it was time to for a change. I started eating healthy and exercising. I found running and have never looked back. Completed my first half-marathon in June of 2011 and can't wait for the next one. |
