| Introduction | In many states Home Ec., or Family and Consumer Science Education has been replaced with the "basics" of learning; reading, writing and 'rithmetic. I contend that it has been a mistake to delete classes that teach life skills. I hope to share with you the blessings that come when knowing some "HOW TO's" living in today's world. |
