Why don't you ever wear a scarf? It doesn't need to be cold outside for your neck to feel naked.
I do wear scarfs! It may not be cold outside, but the powers-that-be at work seem to think that 68 degrees inside is comfortable. Scarfs are essential to keeping me warm in the summer here.
