| Introduction | My name is Ashley and I am your typical twenty something from the beautiful state of New York. I used to live just like everyone else, in fast food drive-thrus, devouring irreplaceable resources wastefully, and living off of "convenience" - until recently, that is. A few months ago a dear friend of mine shared with me about a lifestyle her and her husband had adopted - a natural lifestyle. With a strong belief in Jesus our savior, and a strong belief that a life without chemically enhanced food and water, without wasteful energy, and government controlled, well, anything, is the best way to live. After some research and feeling the benefits ourselves, my future husband, Marcus, and I have made the decision to travel down that path as well. Our ultimate goal being to create a self sustaining farm and home for ourselves and our future family. This blog is meant to share that journey with you. |
