Introduction	For those who know me well, know that I have been somewhat of a fitness guru since I was a teen. I've always enjoyed working out and eating healthy. But, once I started having kids it got harder to make the right choices in food selections, skipped workouts and then started to settle for a "small" spare tire. Well, after my last baby (he's 2 now) I decided enough is enough I wanted to challenge myself like no other! So, I challenged myself to my first Fitness Figure Competiton on April 10th 2010! So, with the support of my AMAZING Husband and 4 kids, I'm diving in! I hope you enjoy reading this while I take this journey! So I say "Bring it on!!"
