| Introduction | In the past year and half I have met some major milestones as I graduated with a Masters in Social Work, got married, became pregnant, bought a house, had a beautiful baby boy who we named Kaya and started my career. I love being a MOM!! We have been so blessed with Kaya. He is an extremely good baby who shares tons of smiles with us. He continues to bring much joy and happiness into our lives daily. Our families and friends have been very supportive during this transition to parenthood. I am working as a Therapist at Hess Memorial Hospital in the Social Service Department. I primarily work with children and adolescents which brings me much joy and excitement. Ideally, I would like to become a Certified Play Therapist, however, that is a couple of years in the making. I have about a 45 minute commute to and from work, however, most of it is on the interstate, thus it is doable and goes by pretty quickly. I am looking forward to skiing this year as I was unable to last year because I was prego. Brad and I are going to attempt to learn how to snowboard! I have tried it before, but was not successful, thus we will see what this year brings. |
