| Introduction | I have always been drawn to the metaphysical. I learned the transformational effects of meditation at a very early age. I also learned early on that service to others is very addictive. I have molded my life around these two things. I serve others by teaching guided meditation and I get to watch their lives become richer, fuller and more balanced. Those who practice meditation regularly experience better sleep, better over all health, more happiness and joy than ever before! I love being part of that process! |

| Favorite movies | Loved A Star is Born! Also Coyote Ugly, Long Kiss Goodnight, Resident Evil (Love horror flicks) and anything that involves lots of shooting, fighting, racing and crashing cars, etc. You know, girly movies! Perhaps my life is so peaceful that I watch movies that contrast that. Balance in ALL things, right? ;) |
| Favorite music | I have very eclectic taste in everything, including music. I love 70's rock, new country, mellow music like Enya and quiet meditation instrumentals. I love lots of indie artists. There is very little music that I DON'T like. |
| Favorite books | Journey of Souls, Every parenting book ever written, The Bema...and so many "Self Help" books that I must be damn near perfect, or at least I know that "I'm Okay and You're Okay"! |
What would you wear for camouflage if you were hiding in a gingerbread house?
I wouldn't hide in a gingerbread house. They are for eating, not hiding. Just ask Hansel or Gretel. Silly question!
