| Introduction | I recieved a degree in vocal/choral music education from the University of Illinois. Just as I finished raising my family, and was looking for God's leading for the next part of my life, He took me down the path of Music Ministry. What a great surprise! Now I am on staff at First Baptist Church of Savoy, Illinois, an American Baptist Church, where I coordinate the music for the more traditional Sanctuary Service. Although my job at the church focuses on music, I believe that we are to worship with our heart, soul, mind, and strength--in other words, our whole being and whole life. Daily I seek to make my life itself an act of worship. |
