Well, maybe they don't need them, but don't you think that some fish might like a bicycle?
Not unless they are into suffering and spending a shitload of money on aftermarket upgrade parts, and I have to tell you, none of the fish I've known have ever been into anything like that. Though some fish I've known have been into a good chowder. But that's a different story.
