| Introduction | Knitting had never interested me in the past, but I started knitting when we adopted our first child - Tessa. I had been doing counted cross-stitch, but for eight years now I have not stitched again, as knitting quickly took over my life. My Aunt was knitting items for the new baby and I thought that I could try it. I taught myself from books - namely Debbie Bliss's book How To Knit. Knitting is much more than a hobby for me. It is my craft. I dream of owning a sheep farm, and learning how to shear, spin, and market my yarn. |
