I love working with Youth Athletes and take pride in my son being a 2 time All-American National Jr Olympic Silver Medalist in Track and Field. Former Professional Sports Model who has worked for top brands such as NIKE, REEBOK, ADIDAS in printwork, billboards, nat'l commercials. Most people remember me from my days of playing SLAM DUNK on WOW: Women of Wrestling which aired nationally on Sat nights. PROUD mom & wife who believes that no matter how busy you get in life, there is ALWAYS time to take care of YOU by incorporating fitness into both you & your family's life. I love training clients one on one as well as teach INTENSE Bootcamps. I'm a direct & honest person who respects someone's wish & desire to live a life they never knew they could or be a size they always dreamed of by KEEPING IT SIMPLE...FITNESS IS FUN! I will only train clients who want serious results & I have the track record for getting them there! Lastly, I love the LA Lakers & bleed purple and gold!
