| Introduction | My wife of 17 years, Christy and I live in the Smoky Mountains area with our two small children, Tera and Daniel, and our Calico cat, Pepper. Christy was an elementary music teacher until our children were born and now has committed herself to homeschooling. I pastored traditional Nazarene churches for five years. In early 2004 we have been called to leave the traditional church world and begin a house church. It is a reflection of our heart as Believers in Christ in an effort and desire to live out an authentic expression of the Body of Christ. We feel God is leading us to help form a community of faith (within the Church of the Nazarene?) that provides a place for those to feel at-home who are out of place in the traditional churches. |

Your pajamas have duckies on them. Why did you switch from choo-choos?
Duckies don't mind it if I wet the bed.
