Introduction	American English Rose was inspired by my lifelong love of all things English. My husband coined the phrase when he toasted me at our wedding reception. I love David Austen roses (especially the fragrant pink Gertrude Jekyll), Jane Austen, brambling and making jam, bunting, and a good cup of tea and cake. I also love recycling vintage English fabric into beautiful home goods. I want to share my love of England with fellow Anglophiles and others. Welcome!
