Introduction	Hi! The last two years at NBE have flown by! This will be my third year teaching 2nd grade here. Previously I taught 3rd grade for four years. Let me tell you a little bit about myself. I am originally from Virginia but grew up in Orlando. I moved to Jacksonville to attend the University of North Florida where I majored in Education and specialized in ages 3 to 3rd grade. This will be my seventh year teaching. I have a younger sister and am very close to my family. I have 1 cat and two dogs. I feel blessed to love what I do and can't imagine doing anything else.
Favorite books	I LOVE to read! My all time favorite book is The Giving Tree by Shel Silverstein.
