Introduction	Six years ago I found out I was highly allergic to (ready for it???) DAIRY! No cheese, no milk, did I mention no cheese?? As if that wasn't hard enough, my body (which obviously hates me) doesn't digest gluten very well (and oh yeah I'm allergic to wheat also.) I always thought I was a good cook, well it suddenly got MUCH harder. Eating at restaurants? Nearly impossible, and going to friends BBQ's & parties can be totally embarrassing. "Can you eat this??" No... "How about this??" Nope. So I'm making this blog and posting my recipes, (some brilliant, some not so much) in hope maybe just one person with food allergies can copy a few of them and enjoy food again.
