When you hesitate before hitting snooze on your alarm clock, are you being lazy?
I don't use the snooze button. My body knows that if it just clicks the little button on the side it won't have to hear that annoying noise again. That's why I have to set my stereo to go off on the other side of the room, so I have to get up to turn it off. Even then I sometimes turn it off in my sleep.
