| Introduction | Hiya! Welcome to my blog. I'm an Oxbridge Graduate who flew very high for years before I was diagnosed with MS. After two years of relapses and remissions, I discovered Dr George Jelinek's Taking Control of MS, decided to give it a go and after a last supper of an entire farmyard's worth of animals, I haven't looked back. Thanks to this diet, and some positive thinking, I've been healthy, happy and well for two years now.
