| Introduction | I started living the Primal lifestyle on 6/6/10. Fast forward 4 years later, and I'm still in love with this way of nourishing my body and the health and vitality that I've gained since. I've developed a passion for living primal and love discovering new recipes which will not only enhance my life, but that of my family as well. I am also a stay-at-home mommy to 4 beautiful children, and wife to the most amazing husband ever.
