Introduction	I first became interested in family history along with the rest of America with the first episode of Roots. I was 9yrs when my great grandfather, Sherman H. Johnson, Sr. passed leaving a catalogue of pictures, articles and mementos. It was in his scrapbook that I first learned of little girls killed by a bomb in a Alabama church. I had no idea such a time had ever existed. All this lead to a thirsty for my family history.... who are we. Come with me as I make discoveries of ancestors long since forgotten by most, but who beckon me to know.
