| Introduction | We are a blessed family of four who live in the Houston, Texas area. We have lived here since September 2006 and are adjusting well. Byron is a pilot for Southwest Airlines and Anne is currently a stay-at-home mom who is looking for a job. Our oldest, Lyndsey, is 13 and our youngest, James, is 4. They are wonderful children and we are fortunate to have them in our lives. Anne started this blog to keep in touch with family and friends around the states after we moved. I hope you all enjoy what you see! |
| Interests | Some of my favorite things to do are gardening (still trying to talk Byron into a veggie garden), reading, spending quality time with my family, and most outdoor activities (when it's not boiling hot). |
| Favorite movies | As a girl, my favorite movie was Grease! I like all kinds of movies from horror to "chick flicks." My most recently watched movies have been Valkyrie, A Haunting in Conneticut, A Horton Hears a Who, and Courage Under Fire. |
| Favorite music | All kinds! I listen to pop/rock, rock 'n roll, country, oldies but goodies, and classical. |
| Favorite books | A Thousand Splendid Suns and Kite Runner. I cannot wait for Khalid Hosseini's next book. But out of the two, A Thousand Splendid Suns was my favorite. |
