Introduction	I have been married for 24 years to my high school sweetheart, and we have 4 beautiful daughters. I enjoy learning new things, spending time with friends, and having a good hearty laugh. I love the Lord with all my heart and attempt to live that out each day. I am embarking on this journey because I stepped on the scales recently and realized that I weigh as much as I did when I gave birth to my daughters. What's that about? :) Well, it probably has to do with a few too may chocolate chip cookies and the like. Anyway, the chocolate party is over and I am ready to wear something besides sweatpants.
