Introduction	This is collection of letters to my sweet angel, Avery Alis. Avery was diagnosed with what the doctors thought to be Thanatophoric Dysplasia around the 18th week of my pregnancy. I carried her for about 3 more months before I got to see her beautiful face in person on 2/16/12. She cried squeaky cries, looked me in the eyes, and then passed peacefully in my arms. Most people only dream of angels; I held one in my arms.
