Introduction	Female, often foolish, always a foodist. Can pack a travel bag in 10 minutes flat, cannot sleep on bus, trains, flights. Cooks by ‘andaza’ and not teaspoons, tablespoons, ounces, grams, pounds, whatever. Very bad with money; very good at keeping secrets. Cries at the drop of a hat; laughs at everything. Always hears the call of the hills and always threatens to decamp forever to a little cottage in the mountains, bake bread, pot jams, grow flowers, cross-stitch and grow old in a rocking chair with a book in hand, a dog on lap, a glass of wine on the side, a roast in the oven and loved ones beside. Till then, works, writes and often wallows in self-pity, nothing that a glass of wine, a good book, a frolicking dog, a roast in the oven and loved ones besides can’t fix!
