| Introduction | I am a Planning Director at Leo Burnett. I’ve worked in both brand and strategy planning with big and independent agencies on a wide cross section of business. I'm particularly interested in how technology facilitates brand ideas at-retail. I define the value and scope of "retail" as something that goes beyond the store to anywhere a transaction happens. At its best it presents a borderless opportunity for brands to create multiple interactions, memorable stories and dynamic branded experiences.
