| Introduction | I am 29 years OLD. I can honestly say that OLD is the point of interest there, I see my pictures and it scares me to think that at age 29 my pictures show a person that is growing old before her very eyes. The reason this is happening is because of the way I have been eating all of my life, the poor choices I have been making in every aspect of my health. I have created this blog because I am ready to change the path and It would be the perfect way to get into my thirties; the best gift I could give myself. I turn thirty on October 23, 2011 and I want to see how much I can change before that day. I want to choose a more natural and healthy way to live. Hopefully I can learn a lot in my journey and maybe teach along the way. |
