| Introduction | Hi, I'm Kyle Lum, a staff pastor and facilities director at New Hope Christian Fellowship on Oahu, Hawaii. In August 2011 I began to work with Farrington High School (Honolulu HI) as a volunteer athletics chaplain...specifically focusing this season on it's stellar varsity football team. I have practically NO experience as a football coach, but consider it a blessing to be a character coach and encourager to these young gridiron Governor players. For those at New Hope with an interest in high school athletics and mentoring, the ministry will be expanding to other sports and other venues. Our chaplaincy team will be forming as we roll along.
