| Introduction | Hi! I'm Rose, I'm new at this blog/vlog/journal thing. But, I have a lot to share... about life, love, aging gracefully, exercise, being happy and staying positive. I turned 49 on Oct. 24th...I really didn't know how I was going to feel about that, I mean REALLY, I know the day I turned 30, I didn't get out of bed, I fell into quite a depression. At that time, I had gone from owning a home since the age of 21, being married with 2 beautiful children...to living back with my mom! (Thank God for moms!!) Fast forward 19 years, here I am again, starting over (but not at my mom's, haha). But this time, I'm excited about my life and what it will bring.... I hope I can bring you along with me on my journey to 50. I'd like to share my thoughts and tips on aging gracefully, staying fit, feeling sexy at any age, being positive and happy.....but most of all I would like to hear and learn from you! Sexy is a state of mind, as is getting "old"... |
