| Introduction | Counselor Murphy is a Certified Addictions Counselor with a BA in Psychology,working in the field of addictions for the last 17 years,with hundreds of consumers through Level 1 Drug and Alcohol groups,as well as co-occurring groups. Counselor Murphy is a Clinical Evaluator on the State registry as well as a treatment provider on State registry.She was program manager for a Women's Substance Abuse Intensive Out Patient (SAIOP) Day Program at a local Community Mental Health Center for 10 years;and worked as a residential counselor. She conducts Drug and Alcohol Education work shops for corporations both in the private and public sector. She also works with victims of domestic violence.Counselor Murphy is a trained (TREM) trauma and recovery provider.
