Introduction	I have been a journalist for 30 years. I have written and edited for newspapers and magazines, book manuscripts and websites. I am the former owner and publisher of a Mid-Atlantic travel website, Trips & Getaways. For the past 12 years, I have been the editor of two community newspapers, The Bowie Blade-News and The Prince George’s Sentinel. I am currently an online editor for Penton Media’s Air Transport World website, www.ATWOnline.com. I returned to the University of Maryland in January 2010 to study online journalism.
