Introduction	I adore old things, which is good because Tall Husband and I are vintage, verging on antique. I relish the Big Stories in life. I believe that how you found your way to where you are, and to the persons with whom you live life, is the Big Story. I love unique but simple houses and every element that makes each place a home: family, friends, food, music, art, books, design, flowers, housekeeping, the neighborhood and the small stories behind all of it. I have lived in Germany during the American Occupation and afterwards, where I narrowly escaped having my second child on a U.S. Army medical evacuation chopper over Germany. I have made more than twenty long-distance moves in my lifetime and would pick up and do it all again. Tall Husband and I live in a 1920 Arts & Crafts Bungalow we call The Bunny Bungalow, formerly known as Toad Hall...the former owner loved the A.A. Milne play, "Toad of Toad Hall." However, his having taken all his toads with him, forced us to come up with our own theme, so all the toads have been replaced with antique and vintage bunnies of every imaginable stripe!
