| Introduction | My name is Jessica Cameron and I am a 22 year old student who believes in great service. Being involved in the hospitality industry since the age of 15 I have worked all aspects of a resturant. I have been serving for the last 5 years and have witnessed some of the worst service and can say without a doubt it is not only irritating but not neccessary. This blog is not about the quality of food you recieve but the quality of service.From the greeting at the door to the service during your meal I will be anaylzing each resturant on attitudes, body language and general knowledge.
