| Introduction | I have had a love affair with textiles my whole life. I have explored many fiber arts, but when I took my first weaving class with Deborah Chandler in 2003, I was hooked. I am most passionate about using very fine yarns, usually silks and tencel. I love the feel of them as I "dress" the loom and how they look as the cloth is being woven. My next project is to complete a field of work for submission to the jury of The Southern HIghlands Craft Guild. This has been a dream of mine for quite sometime and I am most excited about beginning the process. |
