Why don't you ever wear a scarf? It doesn't need to be cold outside for your neck to feel naked.
I probably don't wear a scarf for the same reasons I don't like wearing hats or gloves or vests or other appendages to my wardrobe - I'm too lazy and don't like to bother with extra things I don't need.
