First, purchases homes that have been vacated and restore them to enhance the community. Second, help people achieve home ownership through lease to own contracts and education about home ownership. We believe that by encouraging home ownership rather than renting, it benefits the individuals self worth and net worth! It also has the benefit of creating a more stable neighborhood and a community to be proud of.
