Introduction	Well what can i say ....My name is Poincianna H Johnson, I am from Freeport, Grand Bahama. I am 22 years of age, i attend St. Georges High school and later The College of the Bahamas where my major is Apprentice Chef Program. I"m the second oldest of seven kids.I'm not a pet lover but i do enjoy fishes. i love the lord, who is the head of my life. I'm 5.3ft brown skin and a nice person to talk with, who is living life like its golden.I I love to compete in culinary competitions because it simply show the skills i have learn. I've found cooking to be my number one hobbie and i'm always excited to learn about new dishes .
