| Introduction | After losing my corporate marketing job in May 2009, I had lots of time to stop and think about things; what's important to me and what my future may hold. After years of wanting to do it, I finally went for my Spinning instructor certification and am now teaching at several NYSCs. I have since experienced some changes and some chaos in my professional life and honesty think that if it weren't for teaching and working out, I probably would have gone insane. I love it and hope my enthusiasm is contagious. My interest in health and fitness has grown in the past few years and I like to think that I can help others with the little things I have learned. So here I go... |
