| Introduction | I am a Social Worker. I am working with Adhaar(NGO) since last 2 years. ADHAAR stands for Association for Development of Human Action & Rehabilitation. The NGO is founded and registered in the year 1993 under with the eminent guidance and support of its professional team of Board Members. Since beginning, we have started our activities & welfare services for children, women, Adolescent at grass root level. Our Objective is to develop the human action for proper rehabilitation for those who are in difficult circumstances. So, we are putting the effort to raise Awareness, socio - economic status and psychological development among the community children, adolescent girls, women and youth who are under privilege and destitute or less fortune. Our vision is to cover the under privileged who are not reachable to basic and essential services. Our Motto is to aware, educate, sensitize and rehabilitate.
