Introduction	I am Joan's youngest daughter, Emily. My husband Todd and our daughter Haidyn Rae are blessed to live 6 miles away from my mom. Erica is my older sister and she lives in Phoenix with her husband Michael. My mom has been my best cheerleader my whole life- now its time for me to be hers. God has blessed me with this opportunity to fight for her health as she has done for me in the past for mine. Five years ago I had a very serious car accident and was given a pretty dim outlook. My mom never left my side, let anyone give up on me or stopped encouraging me to fight for my life. She has taught me to love God and trust in him. We serve a loving and healing God who is good always, even when we don't understand our circumstance.
Interests	This blog spot is dedicated to my mom, Joan Cox, and our journey through the fight to heal her body of cancer. I want to keep everyone who is loving and praying for and with us up to date on her diagnosis, treatment and progress. We believe in a healing God so the more that know the more that pray specifically. Our family wants everyone to know how much we deeply appreciate every phone call, text message, email and most importantly prayer raised on our behalf. We are a family who believes in miracles, I am one myself, so we are calling on our prayer warriors to stay in constant prayer once again for us just this time for my mom's health and healing.
