| Introduction | Since childhood I knew that somewhere in my DNA was a blueprint for something other than what I had been taught was possible. My life has been about retreiving those blueprints and helping others do the same for themselves. I believe that we are about to enter an age of unprecedented beauty and harmony. While in transition, the planet is going through so many changes, and most of what I inherited makes so little sense to me, that I've decided to stay mobile, continuing to follow my heart, doing my inner and outer work, all the while keeping a lookout for opportunities to lead other people back to their hearts as well. I dance, I make music, I mentor and coach, I listen, and I try to understand. We are the ones who can build a world free of pollution, injustice, violence, and fear. We are the ones. It takes heart.
