| Introduction | Sothun graduated a Master Degree of Arts in Development Studies from RUPP in 2010 and a Bachelor Degree of Education in English from BBU in 2006.Currently, he is an ADS awardee 2010,who pursues his Master of Development Practice(Advanced) at The University of Queensland, Australia. Sothun has involved in development sectors such as ActionAid Cambodia and ACR/Caritas Australia as a Program Officer for nearly five years.
